Happy Summer!

It is beautiful weather in Edmonton, and feels like finally summer is here. We wish you and your family enjoy this summer time to its fullest!

1 Year At Coldwell Banker Venture!

Andy and I joined Coldwell Banker (CB) last July, and we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary there. We appreciate the full support from the admin staff and the broker, owners. It is like big family to us. I been a Realtor for over 10 years and been with over 4 brokerages, and CB is one of the best brokerage to look after their fellow Realtors.

My Visit In Vancouver

Early this month I went to Vancouver to attend a Realtor event. I managed to have lunch with Arnold, a very successful Vancouver Commercial Realtor who is in his 80s. When I ask him, what is his secret of success, he told me, never stop learning, and always treat everyone nice, and kind, and love what you do. He has been in industry for almost 50 years, he still has passion and driven on real estate, and he is also helping the new agents to learn this industry. It is such a delightful experience meeting Aaron. Now my new plan is still selling real estate in my 80s, doing what I love.

Mommy Daughter Time

I had great fun date with my 5 years old daughter. We went to this lovely Italian restaurant, Fionna read the menu, and order her own food. We had really good talk about life, what she want to be when she grow up, how to spend her summer time etc. I feel it is more adult conversation, I cannot believe how fast she grow. I’m grateful, I can have full time business and still spend valuable time with my little one.
