Happy Canada Day!

Happy 150th Birthday Canada!
We are so proud to be Canadian! Canada has a lot to offer and it’s such a wonderful place to live especially in summer. By now many people will already be heading off for the long weekend, camping in the Rocky Mountains or boating on the lake. We are not that big on camping (in a tent) however cabining is more our style.

A New Start

The biggest news this month is we have changed brokerages. Perhaps you have heard realty executives became maxwell or perhaps not, but since there was going to be a change in branding, we felt it was a good time to switch brokerages. Our new brokerage is Coldwell Banker Venture

We made to move to CB because it is a great opportunity to better serve our clients. The Owners of CB have several companies providing different services related to Real Estate industry. DPM provides both Residential and Commercial property Management services, ATB provides FREE banking and lower interest rate for Alberta clients. Mortgage Alliance covers the mortgage services to clients in Canada. VR Business helps clients buy and sell businesses. And of course the owners / brokers are very helpful and supportive. This is a unique and full service, covering many different needs and want for our clients, and surrounding ourselves with smart, intelligent and successful people.

Recital

Summer is time for recitals. As classes are winding up for the school year, it is a great way to highlight achievements. Recently Fionna had her piano recital and the week before was ballet. Our little one simply loves ballet and has been practicing since she was two and a half. The first thing she told me after the performance was she would like go back on stage and dance again.

Thank You

June 13th was the memorial service for my dad in Hong Kong. Now he is with God, It is sad to say Good bye, and my beloved dad, we always remember you for your kindness and love. Thanks for all the condolences, kind words, phone calls and cards from our dearest friends all over the world, it is made me feel love and care during this time. To help remember him, we planted a grandpa cherry tree in our back yard.
